Since 1998, the Law Office of Jill D. Caravaggio has been diligently serving clients. Jill Caravaggio specializes in litigation with a focus on creditor’s rights and commercial collections, including bond claims and construction lien’s. She is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts across Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Additionally, Jill excels in representing clients in various alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation, private arbitration, and arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.

Jill skillfully handles and represents creditors in United States bankruptcy courts, handling preference actions, motions in bankruptcy proceedings, lift stay motions, and other creditor-related matters. Admitted to the Maryland Bar since 1987, and the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars since 1989, Jill maintains active membership in several legal associations, including the Montgomery County Bar Association, Maryland/District of Columbia Creditor’s Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, Virginia Bar Association, Frederick County Bar, and Maryland State Bar Association, Inc. She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Maryland.

Jill represents nationally recognized suppliers and specializes in resolving claims on their behalf. She is adept at drafting agreements and credit forms tailored for home improvement contractors and suppliers. Jill is highly experienced in litigating the collection of claims on behalf of home improvement contractors, both in court and before the Home Improvement Commission.

Jill is a frequent speaker for the National Business Institute and has been making presentations since 2007.  Jill speaks on various topics including collecting and maximizing your recovery in bankruptcy, how to collect a judgment, how to avoid counterclaims, how to locate assets and how to file a lawsuit.

Neville attended Good Counsel High School in Wheaton and the University of Maryland, College Park, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. With over 20 years of experience in the legal field Neville is the go-to expert for all office-related matters, playing an indispensable role among his colleagues. Beyond work, Neville resides in Gaithersburg with his wife and daughter, finding balance through fitness at the gym and his passion for playing racquetball. His dedication to his profession and vibrant personal interests make Neville an integral part of both his professional team and his community.

His professional background spans over two years in public accounting, specializing in auditing and contract consulting. A distinguished member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Towson University Society of Accounting, Scott exemplifies a commitment to excellence. Outside the office, he actively participates in Baltimore's vibrant sports scene, regularly attending Orioles baseball and Ravens football games.
